Frac tanks come back with whatever the last job left in them: crude, produced water film, flowback solids, sludge. Hasten Cleanse is a water-based concentrate that lifts the hydrocarbon residue off the walls and floor with a pressure wash or circulation, suppresses the vapor while you work, and sends the wash water to your pit or treatment as non-hazardous.
Same-day response during business hours.
It is not a solvent and not a caustic. It will not dissolve, melt, or strip material that is physically bonded or baked onto a surface: scale, rust, hardened deposits, coatings. It lifts hydrocarbons, oil, grease, crude, sludge, and paraffin, by emulsifying them, and it needs agitation, circulation, pressure, or heat to do that work. If your problem is a stuck-on solid rather than a hydrocarbon film or residue, tell us and we will say so.
A 55-gallon drum at 1:20 makes about 1,155 gallons of working solution. Compare on working gallons, not the drum.
Non-flammable, no placards, standard freight. Pails and drums sit in the wash bay without special storage.
The fatty-acid base feeds the microbes in a treatment system instead of upsetting it. No added bacteria.
The pail that cleans the tank also handles the spill at the wash bay. One product, one SDS.
Standard freight from Houston. Pallet quantities for yards.
It lifts the hydrocarbon film that binds solids to the floor. Solids themselves still get vacuumed or shoveled. It is not a solvent and will not dissolve mineral scale.
1:20 for typical produced-water and crude film, 1:10 for heavy sludge. Adjust on the first few tanks.
It is non-hazardous and the fatty acids feed the biology. Confirm with your facility permit, as always.
Yes. Pre-heating the dilution water to 100 to 140 degrees improves performance in winter.
